Store Policy

Order Fulfillment

All items are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Printful. Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping
Once fulfilled, orders are shipped with tracking. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each product is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or issue with the item.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, please contact us no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. We’ll review and work with Printful to resolve it.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is sent to production quickly. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after the order is confirmed.
